Prebooking is Compulsary
Age : 2 to 14 years
- A minimum ratio of 15 students per 1 teacher is required for supervision.
- All students & accompanying staff must follow the safety rules & guidelines outlined by Unplug Kids management.
- All students are expected to behave responsibility towards staff and the facility.
- School will do the waiver form registration for all the students of picnic.
This is special programme for schools, normally this will cost 600/-. To parent’s when they visit for 2 hours with refreshment.
Terms & Conditions
- Prior Reservation : School picnics must be booked in advance to secure the desired date and morning timing.
- Visit Registration : School will provide a list ( format provided by unplug kids) of students at the time of reservation. Entry Wrist band will be assigned to each student.
- Group Size : The minimum and maximum number of students allowed per school picnic will be specified during the reservation process.
- Supervision : Adequate adult supervision is required during the entire duration of the school picnic.
- Age Restrictions : The age range of students allowed for school picnics will be specified.
- Safety Guidelines : All students and accompanying adults must adhere to safety guidelines provided by Unplug Kids staff.
- Food and Beverages : School picnics may have the option to include food and beverages, subject to prior arrangement and additional charges.
- Time Limit : A designated time limit for the school picnic may be specified to ensure fair usage and accommodate other bookings.
- Payment and Cancellation : Payment terms and cancellation policies will be communicated during the reservation process.
- Code of Conduct : Students and accompanying adults are expected to maintain appropriate behavior and respect the facilities and staff at Unplug Kids.
